Fair Rate Travel Agency — Representative Program Terms & Conditions

Summary
- Earn 3% personal commission on every qualifying booking you sell, plus a 4% binary team match on the qualifying sales volume matched on your weaker team leg each month
- Two-leg team (binary) structure: two positions under every rep (LEFT and RIGHT), sponsor-chosen placement, and spillover — team members can be placed in your team without you personally recruiting them
- Climb the Referral Pay Ranks from Bronze to Crown — rank bonuses range from 10% to 20% of your qualifying earnings for the month, and Titanium, Diamond and Crown unlock all-expenses-paid company trips
- Mandatory rule: at least 2 personal qualifying sales in the same month to qualify for any rank, bonus, or reward
- Payouts require a minimum $50 USD balance and admin approval — paid by bank transfer or PayPal
- You must join through a sponsor\u2019s representative code or link
- You must register with your full government name — a wrong or false name can result in immediate account termination
- Free to join. No income is guaranteed — you earn only on real, completed bookings. One account per person; permanently removed representatives may never rejoin.
1. Overview & Eligibility
This Representative Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Fair Rate Travel Agency Representative Program. By signing up, you agree to comply with these terms in full. Joining is free. Participation does not constitute employment, partnership, or an agency relationship. Earning is not guaranteed — you earn commission only when qualifying bookings are completed through Fair Rate.
2. Sponsorship Requirement & Team Placement
Every representative joins through an existing representative: you must sign up using your sponsor’s representative code or their personal referral link. The program uses a two-leg (binary) team structure: each representative has exactly two positions directly beneath them (LEFT and RIGHT). Your sponsor (or an administrator) chooses the position where you are placed; when your sponsor’s direct positions are full, you may be placed deeper within their team — this is spillover. Spillover does not create income by itself: team commissions are earned only on qualifying sales volume and only when you meet the personal sales qualification. Sponsoring a new representative is always free and pays nothing at the moment of signup. Fair Rate may reposition representatives within their sponsor’s team structure at its discretion; placements that would create loops are not permitted.
3. Commission Structure — Personal + Binary Team
Every qualifying booking generates a commission pool of 10% of the commissionable amount. It is distributed as follows: 3% Personal Direct Commission to the representative who personally generated the sale; and a Binary Team Commission settled monthly — Fair Rate matches the qualifying sales volume of your weaker team leg (LEFT or RIGHT) and pays you 4% of that matched volume. To receive any Binary Team Commission in a month you must personally generate at least 2 qualifying sales in that same month; team volume alone never pays. Unmatched volume on your stronger leg carries forward to future months, subject to expiry rules published by Fair Rate. Any portion of the pool not payable to a representative reverts to Fair Rate Travel Agency.
4. Qualifying Sale Definition
A booking counts as a qualifying sale only when: (a) the booking is fully paid, and (b) the booking is not canceled, refunded, or fraudulent. Commissions on canceled or refunded bookings are reversed.
5. Referral Pay Ranks
Ranks follow the Binary plan, and all requirements must be met within the same calendar month. MANDATORY MONTHLY QUALIFICATION: to be Qualified for a month, and therefore eligible for any rank, bonus, or reward, you must personally generate at least 2 qualifying sales AND at least 340 Personal QV in that same month — meeting only one of the two is not enough. Qualified — 2 qualifying personal sales and 340 Personal QV; Bronze — Qualified plus 1 Qualified representative in your LEFT team and 1 in your RIGHT team; Silver — Bronze plus 1 Bronze representative in your LEFT team and 1 in your RIGHT team; Gold — Silver plus 2 Bronze representatives in your LEFT team and 2 in your RIGHT team. Platinum, Titanium, Diamond and Crown are earned by repeating the full Gold structure in consecutive months: Platinum = 2nd consecutive Gold month, Titanium = 3rd, Diamond = 4th, Crown = 5th. A missed Gold month resets the streak. Each achieved rank earns a rank bonus on your qualifying earnings for that month: 10% for Bronze, Silver and Gold; 15% for Platinum and Titanium; 17% for Diamond; 20% for Crown. Once a month closes, its results are final and never recalculated.
6. Travel Rewards
Representatives who achieve Titanium, Diamond, or Crown rank become eligible for an all-expenses-paid company trip, subject to availability, blackout dates, and booking deadlines published in your dashboard.
7. Tracking & Attribution
Each representative is assigned a unique tracking referral link (e.g. fairratetravelagency.info/?ref=yourcode) and a unique representative code. Customers may either click your link or mention your code to Fair Rate staff when booking. Fair Rate is not responsible for lost commissions due to incorrect link usage, cleared cookies, or technical issues outside our control.
8. Payment Terms
Commissions move through the statuses pending → approved → paid. Once your available balance reaches $50 USD, you may request a payout from your dashboard via bank transfer or PayPal. Admin approval of every payout is mandatory. Fair Rate may hold or reverse any commission associated with a fraudulent, canceled, or refunded booking.
9. One Account Per Person
Only one representative account per person is allowed. Fair Rate blocks duplicate accounts (including duplicates by email or phone number). Creating multiple accounts to manipulate commissions, ranks, or attribution is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent removal.
10. Prohibited Activities
Representatives may NOT: refer themselves; provide a false or incomplete government name; create or use duplicate accounts; use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising; make unrealistic or guaranteed earnings claims; send spam or unsolicited messages; impersonate the Fair Rate brand; or engage in fraudulent or manipulated bookings. You must register with your full government name (first and last name, exactly as it appears on your government ID). Providing a wrong or false name can result in immediate termination of your account. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
11. Termination & Permanent Removal
Fair Rate Travel Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate any representative account at any time, with or without notice. An administrator may also permanently remove a representative from the platform. Permanently removed representatives can never sign up or rejoin the program again.
12. Limitation of Liability
Fair Rate Travel Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for tracking errors outside of reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica, including the Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes shall be resolved under Jamaican jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance
By registering as a representative, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
