How You Earn — Personal + Binary Team

Every qualifying booking pays a 10% commission pool. You have exactly two team positions under you — LEFT and RIGHT.

3% Personal

Your direct commission on every qualifying booking you personally generate.

4% Team Match

Each month, Fair Rate matches the qualifying volume of your weaker leg and pays you 4% of the matched volume — when you make at least 2 personal sales and 340 Personal QV that month.

Spillover

Each rep holds only two direct positions, so new reps can be placed deeper in your team — you can receive team members you didn't personally recruit.

Weak-leg example

Your Left team generates JMD $800,000 in qualifying sales and your Right team JMD $400,000. The matched volume is JMD $400,000 (your weaker leg) → 4% = JMD $16,000 binary team commission. The unused JMD $400,000 on the stronger leg carries forward to the next month.

Sponsoring is always free for your recruits — spillover alone never pays. Team commission is earned only on real, qualifying bookings, and you must make 2 personal sales and 340 Personal QV in the month to unlock your binary match.

Referral Pay Ranks — up to Crown

Ranks are earned on your personal production plus leadership in both of your teams. From Platinum to Crown, keep repeating your Gold structure every month: the higher you climb, the bigger your bonus match (up to 20%). Mandatory rule: you need at least 2 personal qualifying sales AND 340 Personal QV in the same month to achieve any rank, bonus, or reward.
